BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Terms of Payment

    For online booking you are able to make payment directly with your credit cards or paypal account.
    For phone booking, Facebook booking, or other booking agreed with us, you are able to make booking by cash or bank transfer. Bank accounts will be given at the time of making reservation.

    For walk-in customer, you are able to make payment by cash or credit card (3% Bank charges with credit cards payment)

  2. Reservation

    All reservation shall be subject to availability and will be confirmed after full payment has been made.

  3. Cancellation

    For online cancellation, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours before your tour starts (local time). Less than 48 hours, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.

    Making cancellation at our office, you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours before your tour starts (local time). Less than 24 hours, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.

    In case of NO-SHOW, no changes or refunds will be made.

  4. Compensations

    In the case of trip’s cancellation by Tour Company due to weather or other unsuitable conditions to make the trip, the company will postpone travel date or refund back the payment.

    The company will not make any compensation for “NO-SHOW” customer.
  5. Refund

    In case of refund, the payment will be done within 3 days from the cancellations date which is subject to our processing time and the bank procedure.

  6. Special notice

    The customers must follow tour guide’s instructions and suggestions during the tour. In the case of not follow instructions, especially regarding safely matters, the company might not cover compensation for such case.
